We make all of our pieces ourselves in our studios and while we do our best make your pieces as fast quickly as possible sometimes they can take a little longer than expected.
If you need something by a specific date please send an email first so we can make sure beforehand that we can accommodate your needs.
Products that are “In stock” will usually be delivered inside Australia within 7 working days and outside Australia within 14 working days. We often deliver much faster.
For products that are “Out of Stock” the delivery period can be up to 4 weeks.
You are encouraged to email us and enquire as to the delivery timeframe before placing the order.
If several items are ordered and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, Henson will not ship the goods until each all of the ordered items are complete. The delivery time in that case may take up to 3 weeks for customers within Australia and up to 4 weeks for customers who are located outside Australia.
All our pieces are sent either via Australia Post or via DHL Express Worldwide (International) .
Delivery times are usually 1-5 days depending on customs. International Clients please note that duties and taxes are now calculated at checkout and if you select that option we will prepay all duties and taxes for you so you.
The risk of loss or damages will stay with us (Henson) until the goods have been delivered to you.
We know that buying jewellery online can sometimes be hard. You want to try it on, feel the weight and quality and make sure it fits perfectly. Check out our size guide to help you get it right the first time.
If you aren't 100% happy with your online order, you have 10 days to get in touch and organise a return and refund. If the return is because of a fault on our part we will refund you the shipping costs as well, otherwise we will just refund you the amount of the item.
Refunds are only processed once we have received the item back.
