What is Henson Jewellery made from? 

We work with all Recycled .925 Sterling Silver for our fashion collections.
For bespoke pieces we work with yellow, white and rose gold as well as platinum and rhodium. 

What does oxidised mean?

Oxidising is a chemical process used to blacken the silver. This finish wears off over time and does not damage the silver.

How will my Henson item be shipped?

All items within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.
All international orders are shipped via DHL International Express.

What if an item is out of stock?

Most of our 'in stock' jewellery is made to order and takes about 5-7 days.
However an item is out of stock we can usually make one specially for you.
This can take up to 4 weeks.

What is your returns policy?

We are more than happy to exchange items as long as they are in the same condition as you received them in. If something has broken we are happy to repair, replace or refund depending on the circumstances.
